Everything moved across from the old machine — files, photos, email, printers, bookmarks and passwords — so nothing gets left behind.
The new one set up the way you want it rather than the way it comes out of the box, with the pre-installed rubbish removed.
Then I sit with you and go through it. Ask the same question three times if you like; that is what the time is for.

When you don’t need this
If you only want the files moved across and would rather work the rest out yourself, say so and I will do just that for less.
What people ask.
I am not confident with computers. Will I be able to keep up?
That is exactly what the hour is for, and there is no such thing as asking the same question too many times. I would rather go over something three times than leave you nodding politely.
What happens to the old computer?
Everything comes across first. Then, if it is going to a family member or being sold, I wipe it properly — handing on a machine with your accounts still signed in is far more common than it should be.
