I am based in Harold Hill and cover 20 areas across Romford, Havering and over towards Brentwood. If you are not on the list it is still worth asking — if I can get to you, I will.

Distance changes what makes sense rather than whether I will come. Close in — Harold Hill, Noak Hill, Harold Wood, Collier Row — same-day is usually straightforward and often within the hour. Twenty minutes out, in Hornchurch, Upminster, Dagenham or Brentwood, same-day is normally fine if you call in the morning. At the edges, in Cranham, Rainham or Pilgrims Hatch, I would rather plan the visit than promise something I cannot hold.

There are three ways to do it and the right one depends on the job. I come to you at £75, which suits anything where the machine is awkward to move or the problem is the house rather than the computer. You drop it in at £49.99/hr, which is cheaper and better for anything needing real bench time. Or I collect and return it from £75, which saves you two journeys if you are working, not driving, or would simply rather not unplug the lot.
