How it works.
If a machine needs proper bench time, you do not need to make two journeys — I collect it and return it.
Useful if you are not driving, are at work all day, or simply do not fancy unplugging the lot.
You are kept informed about what I find before I do anything that costs money.

When you don’t need this
If the problem is the WiFi, the printer or the setup rather than the machine itself, taking the machine away will not help — that wants a visit to the house instead.

How far do you collect from?
From £75 within about fifteen minutes of Harold Hill, and further out for a bit more — roughly 10% per extra mile. You get the exact figure on the phone, not a surprise on the invoice.
How long will you have it?
Usually a day or two. If a part is coming, I will tell you the wait before I order rather than leave you wondering.
