When you don’t need this
If you only need to be found locally and have no real need for pages, the Google listing on its own is far cheaper and often does more. I will say so rather than sell you a site.

Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. The domain goes in your name and the site is yours. That matters more than people realise — plenty of cheap website deals leave you unable to take the site anywhere.
What if I want changes later?
Pay as you go, one job at a time, or the care plan if you would rather I just handled it. There is no contract either way and the site keeps working regardless.
